Demonstrative Pronoun ( নির্দেশক সর্বনাম )

Demonstrative pronouns:

Demonstrative pronoun গুলো noun এর আগে বসে সেই noun কে নির্দিষ্ট করে। এগুলো সাধারণত adjective হিসেবে কাজ বেশি করে। কিন্তু যখন noun টি উহ্য থাকে তখন এগুলোকে demonstrative pronoun বলা হয়।

These pronouns indicate or demonstrate something specific in the sentence.

These, those, that, such and this are the demonstrative pronouns.

Example:

o    Should I bring those?

o    This is the last one that I left in the room.

o    Those are beautiful.
