First take my sincere love. Hope you are well by the grace of
Almighty Allah. I am also well. You sent me an email a few days ago.
In the email you wanted to know about the annual prize giving ceremony of
our school/college.The annual prize giving ceremony of our school/college was
held last Monday. So, today I am writing to you about it. Actually, the day was
very enjoyable. On that day our school/college was decorated
beautifully. Honorable Upazila Nirbahi Officer was the chief guest in this
function. He attended the function on time. At the end of the whole day of
games and sports, the prize giving ceremony started in the afternoon. After the
program started, our Headmaster /Principal presented the final report of our
school/college. The winners took the prizes one by one from the chief
guest. Prizes were also given for good results in the function. I got
one prize for good results and two for sportsmanship. After the prize giving
ceremony, the cultural program started. At the end of the cultural program, the
chief guest delivered his valuable speech and finally, finished the program
thanking all.

ইমেল পাঠিয়েছিলে। ইমেলে তুমি আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের বার্ষিক পুরস্কার বিতরণী
অনুষ্ঠান সম্পর্কে জানতে চেয়েছিলে। গত সোমবার আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের বার্ষিক
পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। তাই, আজ আমি আপনাকে এ সম্পর্কে লিখছি। আসলে দিনটা
ছিল খুব আনন্দের। ঐ দিন আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজ সুন্দর করে সাজানো হয়েছিল। উক্ত
অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথি ছিলেন মাননীয় উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার। তিনি যথাসময়ে অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত হয়েছিলেন। সারাদিন
খেলাধুলা শেষে বিকালে পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হয়। অনুষ্ঠান শুরু হওয়ার পর আমাদের প্রধান শিক্ষক/অধ্যক্ষ আমাদের স্কুল/কলেজের চূড়ান্ত
প্রতিবেদন পেশ করেন। বিজয়ীরা
প্রধান অতিথির নিকট থেকে একে একে পুরস্কার গ্রহণ করেন। অনুষ্ঠানে ভালো ফলাফলের
জন্যও পুরস্কার দেওয়া হয়। আমি ভালো ফলাফলের জন্য একটি এবং খেলাধুলার
জন্য দুটি পুরস্কার পেয়েছিলাম। পুরস্কার বিতরণী অনুষ্ঠানের পর শুরু হয়
সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান। সাংস্কৃতিক অনুষ্ঠান শেষে প্রধান অতিথি তার মূল্যবান বক্তব্য
প্রদান করেন এবং সবশেষে সকলকে ধন্যবাদ জানিয়ে অনুষ্ঠান শেষ করেন।

সাক্ষাতে অনেক কথা হবে। তোমার পিতামাতার প্রতি
